Cùscusu – the Trapani food and wine festival – will be back from June 16 to 19!
Four days dedicated to the Trapanese culinary tradition, a sensory journey through flavours, encounters and tastings in search of the area’s gastronomic identity.
Not just cùscusu then, but all the great dishes from local cuisine will be featured in an event that celebrates Trapani’s onw genuine quality cooking.
From June 16 to 19, every day, there will be a succession of events, food and wine tastings in the best restaurants, cooking workshops and excursions to discovery the best products from the area.
A public event will take place at the Casina delle Palme (the Palms’ Lodge), a beautiful art nouveau location next to the port in Trapani’s old town.
